Material Management

Compass currently supports a variety of Customer Replenishment Programs.  We will stock finished goods and raw materials to minimize your lead time.  We manage material flow carefully and use our factory relationships to leverage return privileges limiting liability for ourselves and our customers.

All jobs are tracked and monitored through bar coded transactions allowing real time work order status and flexible scheduling.  We can export your job schedule electronically (Excel for example) on whatever basis you feel necessary.

Full lot tracking and serialization capabilities are available.

By working with your MIS Department, Compass can access and download your weekly MRP and create a report comparing our schedule with your immediate need.  This provides fast action and attention to your most current requirements.
